How to cancel a Nilkaari order before dispatch.
Cancellation window
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been packed or shipped.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp at [WhatsApp Number] with your order ID. Our team will confirm the cancellation and initiate a refund.
Post-dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or raise a return post-delivery as per our Return Policy.
