How refunds are processed for eligible returns and cancellations.
Refund method
All refunds are processed to the original payment source. For COD orders, we refund to a UPI ID or bank account you provide.
Timeline
Once your return is approved, refunds are initiated within 2 business days and typically reflect within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may apply for items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components such as the blouse piece or tags.
Store credit
You may opt for store credit which reflects instantly and can be used on your next Nilkaari order.
