Return & Exchange Policy
Simple returns and exchanges on unused Nilkaari sarees.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with all original tags, packaging and blouse piece intact.
Non-returnable items
Items marked ‘Final Sale’, blouses stitched to measurement, and pieces purchased with a special discount code (>30% off) are non-returnable unless defective.
How to raise a return
Write to us on WhatsApp at [WhatsApp Number] or email [Email Address] within the return window with your order ID and photos of the piece.
Refund timeline
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt at our warehouse. COD refunds are made to a bank account/UPI you share.
